A warm, respectful family living in Crans Montana is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and energetic full-time live-in nanny to join their household by September 2025. This is a long-term position ideal for someone with the stamina and nurturing nature to care for both a newborn (3 months by September) and a toddler (aged 3).
About the Role
You will be primarily responsible for the care and well-being of the two children:
The newborn son, who will be following a structured sleep and feeding routine
Their daughter, recently turned 3, who attends nursery 3 days a week (increasing to 4 days in September), and will begin at International School the following year
The role focuses exclusively on childcare and tasks directly related to the children, such as:
Implementing and maintaining a sleep and bottle-feeding routine
Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities
Preparing meals/snacks and managing laundry/tidying related to the children
Driving to nursery or play activities as needed
Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who:
Is warm, professional, and collaborative
Has experience working with newborns and toddlers
Is comfortable following and maintaining a consistent routine and low screen use.
Values teamwork with parents and can offer insight while respecting family preferences
Has strong spoken English (French is a plus)
Holds a Swiss or EU passport and a valid driver’s licence
Accommodation & Lifestyle
You will be provided with a private, self-contained flat (separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room), and use of a car. The family deeply respect the need for privacy and rest and encourage the nanny to fully enjoy personal time outside of scheduled working hours. W

Occasional weekend help may be requested with advance notice and compensated with time off or additional pay
The parents are hands-on and believe in the value of consistency, communication, and mutual respect
