A non-refundable registration fee of 250CHF (plus VAT) is required to commence the nanny /candidate search for permanent placements and newborn care searches.

Minimum 1000CHF placement fee.

Gold (10% of Annual Gross Salary) (once-off fee payable when a contract is signed with the candidate)

Service: Comprehensive placement service.

• Features:
  • Initial consultation and requirements gathering
  • Advertising your position on our platform and other networks and active search with different sourcing strategies
  • Background checks, including employment history checks and criminal clearance checks.
  • 3-month follow-up after placement.
  • Replacement guarantee within the first three months.
  • Access to a database of training resources for families and workshops for candidates with discounts
  • Drafting of Contract and Payroll Registration DIY Starter Pack - support with completion of all registration forms within the Starter Pack
  • Access to emergency nannies at no agency fee cost

Platinum (15% of Annual Gross Salary) (once-off fee payable when a contract is signed with the candidate)

Service: Premium placement and ongoing support.

  • All features of the Gold service
  • Interviews arranged and facilitated by the agency.
  • Customized onboarding plan for the candidate – one on one support with family and candidate and agency
  • Replacement guarantee within the first 12 months.
  • Full-year follow-up with quarterly performance review support
  • Discounts on additional placements
  • Drafting of Contract and support with completion of all forms within the Starter Pack

Add-on Services (Variable Pricing)

• Additional Services:
  • Temporary nanny / household staff placements for short-term needs –
    • 30CHF per day plus VAT or 10% of the candidate salary for the contracted period if longer than 4 weeks
  • Contract and Starter Pack for employing your Nanny / Household staff including payslip template and forms to register your nanny / household staff member for payroll – 400CHF plus VAT
  • Background checks and interviews/assessment (for families who have already found their own candidates, but prefer a second opinion and background checks done) – Contact for pricing
