- Nanny needed in Geneva for an international family with an 11 month old baby.
This is a shared care role as both parents will be at home,(father works home office).
Weekdays from 08:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00.
Flexibility to stay longer and work at the weekends if given notice a few days earlier.
Accessible in case of an urgency/emergency and able to support the family in such situations.
Flexibility to travel for 2-3 weeks, if given notice a month before.
Fluent in English with very good level of French required ( be able to make phone calls, and guide the family if necessary).
Min 5 years of experience in childcare, and min 2 years of experience with this age group
Capable of taking care of a 11-month-old baby with regards to all aspects of childcare.
Knowledge of healthy cooking and nutrition for the baby
Have knowledge of developmental and educational activities that are age appropriate.
Preferably have a baby first aid training
Preferably have a driving licence
No use of cell phone during work hours except for urgent matters
Fully vaccinated nanny essential
Wearing a mask would be required at work
Playing, engaging in developmental/educational, creative and fun activities, talking and singing to the baby
Cooking healthy meals for the baby and the parents, deciding the menu with the mother, and shopping for this purpose,
Feeding with formula and solids,
Keeping the baby’s room, play areas, and the kitchen tidy and organized
All housework related to the baby
General light housework when needed,
